Fully bilingual and a South Florida resident for over three decades, Sandra’s diverse real estate experience and negotiation skills position her to serve clients with care. Whether working with investors or everyday buyers and sellers, her dedication lies in helping individuals make informed decisions.

Sandra’s commitment to education is reflected in her academic achievements—a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Florida International University and an MBA in the Aviation Field from Embry Riddle University. With 13 years in the male-dominated aviation industry, Sandra honed negotiation and organizational skills, engaging with top-level executives in aircraft transactions.

Driven by Christian faith, Sandra earned a Master’s degree in Leadership and serves as the Executive Director of A Place in Time Christian Ministries, combating food insecurity in Broward County since 2006. Guiding volunteers through challenges, Sandra prioritizes the organization’s mission to serve the community with love, compassion and respect.

Transitioning from single motherhood, navigating Real Estate competition, and relaunching a nonprofit provided Sandra invaluable insights: These experiences led to invitations to speak in various settings, where she shares empowering perspectives on perseverance, leadership, and serving with tenacity.
